The 11-story, mixed-use building serves as residence for nearly 300 students, who live in apartment-style accommodations that include:

• Weekly cleaning service of common areas
• Laundry rooms on the fourth, sixth, and tenth floors
• Fitness center, Terrace, Study Lounges, Computer Lab, Counseling Services, Writing Tutors and IT Services
